A Little Personal History

I have done many jobs in my life but, working on the Internet enables me to enjoy the freedom of staying at home with the family and grand kids.

We have 4 children and 3 grandchildren. I have been married almost 34 years to Johanna.
I can tell you I definitely got the better half of
that deal! Poor woman had to put up with me for
all those years! lol

I lived in the Southern California area for 30 years. My wife started out as a 'Marine brat' born on a U.S. base in Japan and has lived in Texas and California and now Utah.

I worked better part of 14 years in Retail Distribution and Warehouse Management for the "Mouse" and Bugs Bunny" (Disney and Warner Brothers).

My family  left California and moved to Utah in the early 90's.  Here I decided to get out of the office and became a truck driver.
I drove a big rig over the road for close to 10 years, and traveled well over a million miles until my health (and sanity) said  enough.

I do miss the the sites across the states that
kind of became my backyard.
Been everywhere in the continental U.S. except Maine and Alaska.  Been in Surrey B.C. many
times as  well.

My respect and admiration goes out to all those that supply us all the things we use that allows us  live the way we do! Whether that be by road, railway,  sea or air.

I turned to the Internet to find work and well, here I am driven by the desire to not have a need to return to the road life 10-11 months out of the year.

MY THOUGHTS ABOUT WORKING ON THE NET.. My two passions on the Internet are marketing and e-commerce. I have done many jobs in my life, but working on the Internet enables me to enjoy the freedom of staying at home with the family and grand kids. I have been working full time on the Internet since late 2005. My work has included several e-commerce websites builds and Internet  Marketing in many forms.  And yes, I too have visited the dark side and made many a donation to those programs that seem to just go Poof..... after the money is received, or keep dangling that proverbial carrot in your face until your wallet is empty. Lots of good hardworking folks out there in cyberland trying to carve out a niche and make a living. There is also no shortage of crooks, liars and thieves! If I can help anyone avoid some of the pitfalls I have experienced it is well worth the effort. I try to only market products or services where there is a history or they have been recommended by someone I trust. There is NO Golden Goose. Yes some are very lucky and gain position in a program and literally make a bundle quickly. Internet marketing reminds me somewhat of Las Vegas where every one is mesmerized by who has the brightest lights or the fanciest marquees.  The difference is you go in to Vegas knowing full well they do not have your best interest in mind and you know you will probably loose money..BUT still hope for the best... In contrast with Internet marketing you go in all pumped up, excited and optimistic with visions of a wheelbarrow of cash. Fully expecting to be a winner.. AND THEN it happens.. someone wakes you up by kicking you in the stomach and sticking a pin in your balloon, (figuratively of course)! Well that's some of my thoughts... I will put up more of my entertaining insights and ramblings when time permits.... ...bet ya can't wait!

History continued.....

As you can see by my list of Internet sites I have 8 Ad Exchanges.
The 2 Retail stores are currently closed until fall or longer
as I focus on other areas.

All the avenues I have branched out into have given me a great perspective of what and what not to do. Trust me I have made
and still make plenty of mistakes. They just don't cost me as
much as the first ones! (hopefully.. lol)

Nobody can (or should) guarantee you anything because I don't believe anything is a given in any business.
